We have introduced the IlyStrate product into our co-curricular course of Costume Design.
My students loved using both the Illy model and the printed diaries. It gives the students confidence by n o t having to worry about drawing a body or getting body proportions correct.
They are able to be creative from the start and the process is so much faster than traditional hand drawn methods.
I have also used Illy with my Senior Design students to produce design drawings for swimming costumes based on historical design periods, again students didn't worry about where to start as the body shape enabled them to understand proportion and scale. IllyStrate is a great tool for students no matter what age.
